You can sort table data in ascending or descending order.
When tables are sorted, an upward-pointing arrow (sorted in ascending order) or a downward-pointing arrow (sorted in descending order) appears next to the name of the column by which the data has been sorted.

Sorting Table Data in Descending Order
To sort table data in ascending to descending order:
Click the name of the column by which to sort. An upward-pointing arrow appears next to the column name.
To sort table data in descending to ascending order:
If the data in the column by which to sort has been sorted in ascending order, click the name of the column. A downward-pointing arrow appears next to the column name.
If the data in the column by which to sort has not been sorted in ascending order, click the name of the column, and after the data is sorted in ascending order, click the column name again. A downward-pointing arrow appears next to the column name.
