AT&T eBill Online Help allows you to easily locate answers to your questions.
Three types of Help are provided:
Quick Help - provides you with concise instructions directly on the eBill application pages
General Help – allows you to access all AT&T eBill Help topics
Activity Help – allows you to access the Help topic specific to the task you are performing
Note: AT&T eBill Online Help is designed to be viewed in Internet Explorer version 5.5 and higher.
Quick Help provides you with concise instructions on the page you are viewing. Click the ? to open; click again to close.
The General Help page, available from the Help menu on the banner, is divided into two sections.
The left pane displays the four AT&T eBill General Help functions as tabbed pages:
Contents page - AT&T eBill Help is organized into books. When you click a book you display the list of contents for that book in the left pane. When you click the name of a topic you display the topic in the right pane.
Index page - displays the AT&T eBill Help Index in the left pane. Type a word or words into the field to locate a topic. Click a topic in the list to display the topic in the right pane.
Search page - displays the AT&T eBill Help Search function in the left pane. Type a word into the field and press Enter to display a list of topics in which the word appears. Click a topic in the list to display the topic in the right pane.
Glossary page - displays the AT&T eBill glossary terms, listed in the top section in alphabetical order. Click a term to display the definition in the bottom section.
The left pane displays the AT&T eBill Help Table of Contents by default. The right pane displays either the topic related to the AT&T eBill page from which you accessed Help, or the Introduction to AT&T eBill topic.
Activity Help topics are available from all primary application pages by clicking the Help menu on the banner, and from most secondary pages by clicking the Activity Help link near the top of the secondary page.
Note: You can access General Help from an Activity Help topic by clicking the Show Index button at the bottom of the page.

The following Help buttons are located at the bottom of each topic page:
Previous button - displays the previous topic
Next button - displays the next topic if you used the Previous button
Print button - prints the current Help page
Close button - closes the Online Help
Hide Index/Show Index button - hides/shows the left pane
Help Links
Underlined links in AT&T eBill Help appear both in topic text and at the end of most topics. When you click a link, the topic to which the link is related, is displayed in the right pane in place of the topic you were viewing. You can return to the previous topic by clicking the right-mouse button and selecting Back on the popup menu. You can then return to the topic by clicking the right-mouse button and selecting Forward on the popup menu.
