Getting Help from AT&T

If you need more help or if you have questions regarding the electronic billing tool (eBill), you can obtain information online.

During business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time (ET), AT&T BusinessDirections real-time assistance (Questions? Chat Live) is available from within eBill. This allows you to have text communication between you and an AT&T BusinessDirect representative.

Outside of business hours, you can view Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help you find an answer to your inquiry.

Notes:

§       When an agent is not available (off hours), the Questions? Chat Live icon is not displayed.

§       eBill also contains an online Help function. Click Help, located on the right side of the top menu bar, from any page.
