Authorized users can view electronic billing solutions subscription information on the View Media Subscription page.
You can also delete and update subscriptions from this page.
Viewing Electronic Billing Solutions Subscription Information by Account Number
Viewing Electronic Billing Solutions Subscription Information by Subscription ID
To view Electronic Billing Solutions subscription information by account number:
On the main menu bar, from the Electronic Billing Solutions menu, select By Account Number. The View Media Subscription by Account Number page is displayed.
In the Enter Prefix to Locate Account Number field, type the first few digits of the account of interest, and click Find. The accounts are displayed on the View Media Subscription by Account page.
Note: When more than one subscription is found for an account, the subscription IDs for each account are displayed in ascending order.

To view Electronic Billing Solutions subscription information by subscription ID:
On the main menu bar, from the Electronic Billing Solutions menu, select By Subscription ID. The View Media Subscription by Subscription ID page is displayed.
In the Enter Prefix to Locate Subscription ID field, type the first few digits of the subscription of interest, and click Find. The subscription IDs are displayed on the View Media Subscription by Subscription ID page.
In the list, click the desired linked subscription number in the Subscription ID column. The View Media Subscription page is displayed.
To view the accounts included in an Electronic Billing Solutions subscription, click the linked text in the Account Number field on the View Media Subscription page. If an account number is displayed in the Account Number field that is not linked, then this is the only account number available for this subscription. Otherwise, one of the following will be displayed as a link: (a) an account number; (b) the word "Multiple"; or (c) the word "All".
The Electronic Billing Solutions Selected Accounts page is displayed.
Note: The list includes all provisioned accounts. Checkboxes in the Select column next to accounts indicate accounts that are included in this subscription.
If you would like to locate a specific account in the list, in the Enter Prefix to Locate Account Number field, type the first few digits of the account, and click Find.
Click Close to return to the View Media Subscription page.
To view Electronic Billing Solutions delivery or recipient information:
In the Recipient Information section of the Media Subscription page, click the appropriate link in the Recipient Name column. The Electronic Billing Solutions Recipient Information page is displayed.
Click Close to return to the View Media Subscription page.
