Viewing Archived Bills

Bills that have been online for three months are stored in archives. You can submit a request to retrieve an account's archived bills. You can view archived bills for a period of 14 calendar days from the request date.

To request archived bills:

  1. On the main menu bar, from the Bill menu, select Request Download, and then select Archived Bill. The Request Archived Bill page is displayed.

  2. From the Invoice Month dropdown list, select the invoice month to retrieve.

  3. On the list, mark the account(s) to view.

Notes:

  1. Click Submit. The Request Archived Bill - Confirmation page is displayed, with a message informing you that your archived bill request has been submitted successfully and that an email message will be sent to you when the file is available for downloading.

  2. Click OK.

Note: After the email is received, the requested archived bill can be displayed on the Invoice List page along with the current invoices.
