Each AT&T eBill user has one or more roles. A role defines a user's access rights in AT&T eBill. Access definitions are assigned to groups of AT&T eBill functions. This ID also includes the various attributes that have been assigned, including the security profile that determines the activities you can view and perform. AT&T eBill supports the following basic user profiles: * User Admin - View, Pay, Dispute - can view and analyze data, pay bills, create and submit disputes. This user type can also create, edit and remove users within their company. Custom hierarchies can also be created. * View, Pay, Dispute - can view and analyze data, pay bills, create and submit disputes, and edit their own user profile. * View Only - have view-only privileges in AT&T eBill. View-Only cannot make payments or create and submit disputes and cannot update any data except their own user profile. * View, Pay - have view-only privileges and the ability to make payments, and edit their own user profile. * View, Dispute - have view-only privileges and the ability to create and submit disputes, and edit their own user profiles. * Billing Manager - Special Reports - Billing Manager role is an optional/additional role for access to Plan/Promotions & Commitment Tracking Reports.
