You can define values to be displayed on a report using the tabs in the header. The Value Selections tab allows you to define the invoice month or date and parameters of charges to be displayed on the report.
To select report values:
If the value selection parameters section is not displayed, click the Value Selections tab header. The value selection parameters are displayed in the activity area on the page.
If you want to change the default invoice, define the invoice month or invoice date for the data to display.
Where applicable, you can convert currency value to a common currency for a large selection of the world currencies. This capability is provided for informational purposes only. To select a currency conversion value:
· From the Convert Currency to dropdown list, click on the arrow to display the list of currency selections.
· Highlight the currency value you wish the report to use from the selection list.
If you want to change the parameters below the invoice month or date, click the links and select new values from the lists that appear.
Notes:
Mark the Include All option to include all possible values in the list below in the report.
Mark the No Subtotal option to exclude the parameter from the report summarization levels.
Mark the Selection option to include selections from the list below. If no selections are made, all items in the list will be included.
In addition, to narrow the results in the selection list, type any portion of the value in the field above the list. The list will be filtered according to the typed value (available for most value selection criteria).
If you want to include records with zero totals in the report (where this option is available), mark the Show Zero Amounts checkbox.
If you want to include all available columns in the report in a download format, mark the Download All Available Columns checkbox.
If you want to use the MM/DD/YY date format, mark the Date Format MM/DD/YY checkbox.
If you want to change other report defaults, click the Sorting, Summarization, Columns, Output Format, Filters, and Highlighting tab headers.
If you want to restore the report default values, click Restore Defaults. The report value selection page is redisplayed with the original default values.
