Modify Reports - Applying Ascending and Descending Sorts

You can change the order in which data appears in a report.

To apply an ascending or descending sort:

1.      On the report page, click the name of a column heading to sort the data in the column from highest to lowest (ascending to descending order).

2.      Reverse the sort order by clicking the name of the column again.
