Bill Availability

AT&T Cloud Services bills on the 10th day of the month billing cycle. If you try to access billing information before the cycle has run, there will be no information about that billing cycle to view at this time. Other information about past bills will be available.

The system will take up to 10 days to process the billing data and create the billing information online. We recommend that you wait 8-10 days after the date of the billing cycle to see your bill. For example, if your billing date is the 10th of the month, you can login on the 18th to see if the current month’s billing information is available.

If you have more than one account or Invoice Date available, the most recently loaded invoice will be displayed. To choose a different account, click the Account Number link to open the Account Selection page. Choose the desired account and click Submit. You will return to the Bill Summary page that is refreshed with the selected account. To choose a different Invoice Date, click the Invoice Date dropdown arrow and choose the desired date. The Bill Summary page will refresh with the selected invoice date billing information.

Notes:

§       If your account is new, and no billing cycle has completed, an error message will be displayed.

§       If a billing cycle has completed for your account, but no billing information exists, an error message will be displayed.
