Defining Invoice Month or Date, and Accounts for Reports

You define the invoice month or invoice date, and accounts for your reports from the Reports Home page.

You can also redefine these parameters on the Value Selections tab for each report.

You can change these parameters after you select a report, but until you change them or exit AT&T eBill, your selections remain the default for all consequent reports.

In addition, when you re-select the invoice month or invoice date option, the month or date last selected from the dropdown list remains the default until you change it or exit AT&T eBill.

To define the invoice month or date, services, and accounts:

1.      If you want to define an invoice month:

a.    If the current selected option is By Month, from the Invoice Month dropdown list, select the invoice month for the data to display.

b.    If the current selected option is By Date, mark the By Month option button and from the Invoice Month dropdown list, select the invoice month for the data to display.

2.      If you want to define an invoice date:

a.    If the current selected option is By Date, from the Invoice Date dropdown list, select the invoice date for the data to display.

b.    If the current selected option is By Month, mark the By Date option button and from the Invoice Date dropdown list, select the invoice date for the data to display.

3.      If you want to define specific accounts:

a.    Click the Accounts link. A popup window is displayed.

b.    If you want to include all accounts, click the Include All link.

c.     If you want to include specific accounts, mark the checkboxes next to the required accounts.

d.    Click Close. The Accounts link name changes according to your selection.
