Working with Grids

All the reports accessed through the View Bill menu have the features described in this section.

Data is presented in grids on various eBill pages, such as: Current Charges, Recurring Charges, Adjustments, and more.

You can use the "+" or "-" signs to expand and collapse your view of each account's hierarchy, e.g., accounts, groups, and subaccounts.

You can reorder columns by dragging and dropping the column headings.

You can use the following icons to change the way your report appears, enabling you to manipulate grid data.

Collapse All

Collapses all grid hierarchy trees.

Expand All

Expands all grid hierarchy trees.

Reset

Resets the grid to its default state.

Show/Hide Icons

Opens a popup list of columns. Mark/clear the checkbox of each column you want to show/hide. You can also choose to force fit all grid columns.

Save

Saves the grid changes you make using the Show/Hide Columns icon.

Export to CSV

Downloads page data as a file in CSV format.

Filter

Opens a filter popup, enabling you to define and apply various textual and numeric filter rules, for example, to show only specific subaccounts.
