Working with Selection Pages

Selection pages are used to select accounts, groups, and subaccounts for various activities, giving you the ability to view the activity-related information at various detail levels.

Follow the steps in the sections below to learn about:

Selecting a Single Account

To select an account:

  1. Click the Account Number link on the relevant activity page. The Account Selection page is displayed.

  2. On the Account Selection page, complete any available filters.

Note: Find a specific account quickly by typing the first few digits into the Find field and clicking Find.

  1. If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.

  1. Select the option button of the required account.

  1. Click the Submit button. The Account Selection page closes and you are returned to the activity page.

Viewing and Selecting Multiple Accounts from Invoice List

To select one account or more:

  1. Click the Account Number link on the active page. The Account Selection page is displayed.

Note: When all accounts are selected, the Account Number link is titled All.

  1. On the Account Selection page, complete any available filters.

  1. If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.

  2. On the list, mark the checkbox of each required account.

Notes:

  1. Click the Submit button. The Account Selection page closes and you are returned to the activity page.

Selecting Groups

To select a group:

  1. Click the Group Number link on the relevant activity page. The Group Selection page is displayed.

  2. On the Group Selection page, complete any available filters.

Note: Find a specific group quickly by typing the first few digits into the Find field and clicking Find.

  1. If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.

  1. Select the option button of the required group.

  2. Click the Submit button. The Group Selection page closes and you are returned to the activity page.

Selecting Subaccounts

To select a subaccount:

  1. Click the Subaccount Number link on the relevant activity page. The Subaccount Selection page is displayed.

  2. On the Subaccount Selection page, complete any available filters.

Note: Find a subaccount group quickly by typing the first few digits into the Find field and clicking Find.

  1. If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.

  1. Select the option button of the required subaccount.

  2. Click the Submit button. The Subaccount Selection page closes and you are returned to the activity page.
