You can cancel monthly download bill requests.
Notes:
You can select to cancel a monthly download for a particular account with a particular FTP profile. It will not cancel a download request for the same account with a different FTP profile.
If an account does not have an FTP profile you can cancel the monthly download by selecting the account.
To cancel a monthly download bill request:
On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Cancel Monthly Bill Summary Download. The Cancel Monthly Bill Summary Download page is displayed.
From the Format dropdown list, select the format of the download request(s).
On the list, mark the account(s) for the download request(s) to cancel.
Notes:
Find account(s) quickly by typing the first few digits into the Find field and clicking Find.
Select all accounts by clicking Select All.
Clear all checkboxes by clicking Clear All.
Click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed on the Cancel Monthly Bill Summary Download page, informing you that your request to cancel the selected monthly download has been submitted successfully.
Click OK.
