Requesting Bill Summary Downloads

AT&T eBill users can create monthly or one-time requests to download bill summaries in XML or CSV file format.

To create a bill summary download request:

  1. On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary Download. The Request Bill Summary Download page is displayed.

  2. From the Request Type dropdown list, select Monthly to create a recurring request to download the bill automatically every month, or select One-Time Request to download an invoice on a one-time basis.

  3. If you selected One-Time Request in the previous step, from the Invoice Month dropdown list that is displayed, select the invoice month to download.

  4. From the Format dropdown list, select the format in which to download the file(s).

  5. From the Delivery Profile dropdown list, select the type of delivery profile.

Notes:

  1. If you want to create a new delivery profile, click Create Delivery Profile. The Create Delivery Profile page is displayed.

  1. On the list, mark the account(s) whose bill summary you want to download.

Notes:

  1. Click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed on the Request Bill Summary Download page, informing you that your request has been submitted successfully and that an email message will be sent to you when the bill is available.

  1. Click OK.

Note: You will need to check the Retrieve Download and retrieve the processed file within 14 calendar days.
