You create a delivery profile to determine data delivery information for SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) transmission of billing downloads or reports.
Note: In order to receive files via SFTP, ensure that it is installed on your company server and that the company server is “listening” to port 22.
To create a delivery profile:
On the main menu bar, from the Functions menu, select Create Delivery Profile. The Create Delivery Profile page is displayed.
In the Technical Support Contact Information section:
Note: This information is strictly for Technical support purposes in the event AT&T needs to contact your Company Server Technical Support.
In the Full Name field, type the contact’s name.
In the E-mail Address field, type the contact’s email address.
In the Phone Number field, type the contact’s phone number.
If you want to enter an Alternate Phone Number field, type the contact’s alternative phone number.
In the City field, type the city.
From the State dropdown list, select the state.
In the Best Time to Contact field, type the time.
In the Destination Configuration section:
In the Profile Name field, type the profile name.
Note: The profile name must be unique.
In the Destination host name or IP address field, type the host name or IP address in IP4 format. An example of an IP address format is 012.345.10.23.
From the Destination Port dropdown list, select the destination port.
Note: In order to receive files via Secure FTP, select port 22 and ensure that the company server is “listening” to this port.
If you want to enter the Destination Path field, type the destination path. An example of a destination path is main/directory/subdirectory.
In the Company Server User ID field, type the company server user’s ID.
In the Company Server Password field, type the company server user’s password.
Click Save. The View/Modify Delivery Profile page is displayed.
