To update a delivery profile:
On the View/Modify Delivery Profile page, click the appropriate link in the Profile Name column. The Update Delivery Profile page is displayed.
If you want to change the contact information, in the Technical Support Contact Information section, enter the appropriate information.
Note: This information is strictly for Technical support purposes in the event AT&T needs to contact your Company Server Technical Support.
If you want to change the destination configuration information, in the Destination Configuration section, enter the appropriate information.
If you want to deactivate an active delivery profile:
Click Deactivate Profile. A message window is displayed, reminding you to update the delivery profile of any downloads or reports that currently use the delivery profile you are about to deactivate.
Do one of the following:
If you want to cancel the activity, click Cancel. The Update Delivery Profile page is redisplayed.
If you want to continue with the activity, click OK. The View/Modify Delivery Profile page is displayed and the field in the Status column is changed to deactivated.
Notes:
Deactivate Profile is only displayed if the profile’s current status is active.
When a delivery profile is deactivated for a monthly report, the report is no longer transmitted. You can resume report transmission by connecting the report to an active delivery profile.
If you want to activate a deactivated delivery profile, click Activate Profile. The View/Modify Delivery Profile page is displayed and the field in the Status column is changed to active.
Note: Activate Profile is only displayed if the profile’s current status is deactivated.
Click Save. The View/Modify Delivery Profile page is displayed.
