Bill print images are displayed in Portable Document Format (PDF) format. Before you can view bill print images, you need to download and install the viewer. After installation, your browser uses the viewer capabilities like other built-in features.
Note: You only need to download the viewer once.
You can verify whether or not Adobe Reader is installed on your computer by clicking Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, and searching for Adobe Reader in the Add/Remove Programs window that is displayed. If it does not exist, download and install it.
To download Adobe Reader:
1. On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Request Bill Image PDF. The Print Image Request page is displayed.
2. In the information section of the page, click the Adobe Acrobat Reader link. The Adobe Reader page is displayed.
3. Download and install Adobe Reader according to the instructions on the page.
