AT&T eBill displays a print image of your account’s monthly bill, including the remittance, in a separate browser window. Your bill is displayed in Adobe Reader (PDF). All print image requests related to all services are displayed in the Adobe Reader (PDF) format. Adobe Reader enables you to perform activities, such as navigating pages, finding data, and printing to a printer.
Note: In order to view these images, you first need to download and install the viewer. You only need to download and install the viewer once.
Note: For the bill print image to display, deactivate any pop-up blockers.
Note: You can also request a bill print image from the Bill Summary page.
To request a bill print image:
On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Request Bill Image PDF. The Print Image Request page is displayed.
Ensure that you have downloaded the viewer program.
Do one of the following:
If you want to view a recent bill print image, mark the Invoice Month option button and from the dropdown list, select the invoice month and year.
If you want to view a historical bill print image, mark the Historical Date option button and select the invoice date from the Day, Month, and Year dropdown lists.
Select one account.
Notes:
Find the account quickly by typing the first few digits into the Find field and clicking Find.
If the account number is displayed as a link, click the link and, on the Account/Subaccount/Aggregator ID Selection page that is displayed, mark the required invoice checkbox and click Go. The Print Image - Print Image Request page is redisplayed.
Click Go.
Note:
· If you select an account from Global Mexico, you will be able to choose XML, PDF Official (i.e. government), or PDF Detail (i.e. backup) format.
· If you select a Global GINA country (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Venezuela), you will be able to choose PDF Official (i.e. government) or PDF Detail (i.e. backup) format.
If you selected the Historical Date option in step 3 and the account has more than one invoice with the invoice date you selected, mark the required invoice on the Select Invoice page that appears and click Continue.
If your requested bill print image is a large PDF document (500 pages or more), the Select Invoice Popup page is displayed and may require longer processing time. Click Continue. The bill print image is displayed in an Adobe Reader browser window.
Note: If your requested bill print image is not a large PDF document, the bill print image is displayed automatically in the Adobe Reader browser window.
If your requested bill print image is a large PDF document containing multiple invoices, the Select Invoice popup is displayed. Select the required invoices and click Continue. The bill print image is displayed in an Adobe Reader browser window.
If you want to request another bill print image, repeat steps 2-8.
