The VoIP Exchange Monthly Usage by Tax Location report is in the Usage Reports section, in the Wholesale category. All accounts on the report are wholesale. The report displays VoIP Exchange usage summarized by Subaccount ID, Service Type, UOM (Unit of Measure), Service Description, Geo Code, and Trunk Group for MNS accounts/invoices in a specified billing month or date.
Notes:
· The Geo Code is displayed as “Tax Location: <Tax Location City>, <Tax Location State>, <Geo Code>, <Journal Jurisdiction description>, Allocation <Allocation %: embedded>. For example: Tax Location: Dallas, Texas, 9999999999, Interstate, Allocation %: 60
· Taxes are allocated by Trunk Group. In other words, the Allocation % value may be different per Trunk Group within a Geo Code
To display the VoIP Exchange Daily Usage by Tax Location report:
1. Display the Reports Home page.
2. Select the invoice month or date, services, and accounts to use for the report.
3. Navigate through the menu list as follows:
Usage > Wholesale
Click the VoIP Exchange Monthly Usage by Tax Location link. The VoIP Exchange Monthly Usage by Tax Location page is displayed.
If you want to change the default invoice, define the invoice month or invoice date for the data to display.
If you want to change other report defaults, click the Sorting, Summarization, Columns, Output Format, Filters, and Highlighting tab headers.
If you want to restore report default values, click the Restore Defaults link. The report value selections page is redisplayed with the original default values.
Click View Report. The report is displayed.
Note: You can sort the report data in any column from ascending to descending order by clicking the name of the column heading. Reverse a sort by clicking the column heading name again.
If you want to change the report values that you selected after the report is displayed:
Click Modify Report. The report page is redisplayed with the values and data selections you entered.
Repeat any of steps 3 - 8 above as required.
Click View Report. The report is redisplayed in accordance with your new selections.
If you want to save the report to Saved Report Templates at any time, click Save Report.
If you want to view previously downloaded reports, click the View Available Download Reports link.
