Retrieving Downloads

The Retrieve Download function enables you to transfer download files to your computer. The download files are available online for 14 calendar days.

Notes:

If you do not retrieve downloads within the 14 calendar day timeframe, it might be necessary to request them again.
Bill Summary, Call Detail, and Invoice Detail downloads sent by FTP contain FTP status and error information.

For Invoice Detail downloads, you can also download data dictionary documents that describe the XML schema and mapping parameters. This information can be useful for XML code development.

To retrieve download files:

On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Retrieve Download. The Retrieve Download page is displayed.

Note: The list displayed on the Retrieve Download page includes all download types: Bill Summary, Call Detail, Invoice Detail, and Custom Label.

If you want to open or save a download file you requested, click the appropriate file name link.
If you want to open or save the data dictionary documents for Invoice Detail downloads, click the Download XML Schema button.
