Search Overview

AT&T eBill allows you to search for different types of data using various criteria. The search results reflect the billing period you select.

Note: Not all searches are available for all services and accounts.

You can search for:

• Invoices by account number

• Invoices by account label

• Invoices by Invoice Number/Credit Note Number

• Account code charges by account code

• Invoices by subaccount number

• Service information by service ID

• Location charges by location

• Circuit/port charges by location ID

• Circuit charges by circuit ID

• Port charges by port ID

• Port charges by DLCI

• One-time charges by service order ID

• Usage charges by BTN

• Charges by contract number

• Circuit/port charges by location name

• One-time charges by purchase order
