Using Wildcards in Searches

The % character can be used as a wildcard (a substitute for characters or digits) in some searches.

You must enter at least the first two characters or digits of the item you are searching for, and then enter the wildcard character.

For example, if you are searching for usage charges by BTN but do not know the exact telephone number, you can type the first few digits of the number in the BTN field and then type the % character instead of the remainder of the phone number.
