A: Monthly recurring charges are billing in advance from the 10th of the current month to the 9th of the next month. Actual use is billed by calendar month. Your use is billed after the fact and appears on your bill or credit card statement with any recurring charges.

A: Each AT&T Cloud Service provides a monthly usage report that can be accessed by logging into the AT&T Cloud Services portal and clicking on the Reports tab.
