Viewing and Printing a PDF of Your Bill

You can see a detailed copy of the invoice as a PDF. It contains more information than the summary, and includes a payment coupon and remittance form if you decide to mail in a check to pay your bill. For more information, see also Pay Bill.

Note: To print this document, you must first open the PDF and print it from that screen.

To view and print a copy of the PDF of your bill:

1.      On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary. The Bill Summary page opens.

2.      Click Request Bill Image PDF at the bottom of the page. The Bill Summary PDF area displays on the page.

3.      In the Account Information section, the information that displays reflects the selections made in the same area in the Invoice Summary on the Bill Summary page. To see a different invoice, select an invoice date or account number for the invoice you want to see.

Note: Adobeā„¢ Reader software is required for viewing and printing the PDF. If you do not have Adobe software installed on your computer, click the Adobe Reader icon on the right of the screen and follow the instructions or go to http://get.adobe.com/reader.

You can verify whether or not Adobe Reader is installed on your computer by clicking Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, and searching for Adobe Reader in the Add/Remove Programs window that is displayed.

If it does not exist, download and install it.

To download Adobe Reader:

1.      On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary. The Bill Summary page is displayed.

2.      Click the Request Bill Image PDF.

3.      Click the Adobe Acrobat Reader link. The Adobe Reader page is displayed.

4.      Download and install Adobe Reader according to the instructions on the page.

5.      Click the View PDF button. The PDF of the bill opens.

6.      Use the print functions in the PDF to print.

Note: The current configuration of the bill PDF prints on legal paper (8.5 x 14 inches). To print without resizing, make sure your printer has legal size paper loaded. Otherwise, to print on letter paper (standard 8.5 x 11 inches), follow the instructions in the Adobe application for resizing the PDF to print on letter size paper.

If you wish to print the bill and mail in the remittance form, you must either print the bill on legal paper or resize it according to instructions to print on standard paper.
