The Bill Summary page displays high-level details of charges for a specific invoice.
Note: The information displayed depends on the invoice type.
View Bill Messages – displays the Bill Messages page, where you can view messages included in the bill (available only to specific services)
Usage – displays the Usage Summary page, where you can view usage details, including usage, fees and surcharges, total number of calls, and total call duration, for your services
Discounts – displays the Discount Summary page, where you can view discount information for an account, subaccount, or group
Monthly Recurring Charges – displays the Monthly Charges page, where you can view monthly recurring charges per service for an account and each of its subaccounts
One-Time Charges – displays the One Time and Prorated Charges page, where you can view one-time and prorated charges per service for an account and each of its subaccounts
Taxes, Fees and Surcharges – displays the Taxes, Fees and Surcharges page, where you can view tax details for an account and its subaccounts, according to service
Regulatory Fees – displays the Regulatory Fees page, where you can view details of government regulatory fees for an account and its subaccounts, according to service
Total Current Charges – displays the Current Charges page, where you can view charges at the account, group, or subaccount level
Payments – displays the View Payment History page, where you can view payment history (Processed payments) for an account by invoice and summary, in the period you specified
Adjustments – displays the Adjustments page, where you can view details of bill adjustments made for an account
Payments Since Last Invoice – displays the View Payment History page, where you can view payment history for an account by invoice and summary, in the period you specified
Pending Disputes – displays the Dispute History page, where you can view dispute history for an account and its subaccounts, in the period you specified
You can also pay bills and view print images of invoices from the Invoice Details section.
The bill summary can be displayed for:
§ Accounts
§ Groups
To view the bill summary and related information for an account:
On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary. The Bill Summary page is displayed.
Notes:
Legal Invoice Number and Original Legal Invoice Number (for credit notes) fields are displayed in the Bill Summary page for the following countries: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela
For Mexico, the Payment Method and Payment Account Number fields are displayed on the Bill Summary page
If you want to display a summary for a different invoice date, from the Invoice Date dropdown list, select the date.
Click Apply Selection. The Bill Summary page is refreshed to show the details you requested.
Notes: Customer care contact phone numbers, where available, are displayed in the Invoice Details section.
To submit a billing inquiry or request for this invoice, click the link Click here to submit a general billing question or request paperless billing. For more information, see Creating Disputes and Bill Inquiries without Selecting eBill Charges.
Note: This option is not available for Mobile Svc service accounts.
If you want to view messages pertaining to your account, click the View Bill Messages link in the Invoice Details section. The Bill Messages page is displayed.
Note: This option is not available for accounts with only EMEA services and Mobile Svc service accounts.
If you want to view a summary of all the charges at the subaccount or group level, click the Total Current Charges amount link. The Current Charges page, with subaccount and group charge details is displayed.
If you want to view other charge details, click the appropriate links in the Invoice Summary section.
If you want to pay the bill, click Pay Bill.
Note: This option is not available for certain accounts, such as accounts with only EMEA services, US Domestic invoices, Mobile Svc service accounts, and accounts for which all invoices are part of a Consolidated Service Statement (CSS) arrangement.
If you want to view a print image of the invoice:
Note: Due to country regulations, this option is not available for invoices in Turkey.
Click Request Bill Image PDF. If the account is associated with more than one subaccount or aggregator ID, the Select Invoice pop-up page is displayed.
Note:
o If you select an account from Global Mexico, you will be able to choose XML, PDF Official (i.e. government), or PDF Detail (i.e. backup) format.
o If you select a Global GINA country (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Venezuela), you will be able to choose PDF Official (i.e. government) or PDF Detail (i.e. backup) format
Select the required invoice.
Click Continue.
Note: Before you can view a print image, you must download the print image viewer.
To view the invoice summary and related information for a group:
On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary. The Bill Summary page is displayed.
If you want to display a summary for a different invoice date, from the Invoice Date dropdown list, select the date.
Click Apply Selection. The Bill Summary page is refreshed to show the details you requested.
If you want to view charge details, click the appropriate links in the Group Summary section.
To view the invoice summary and related information for a subaccount:
On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary. The Bill Summary page is displayed.
If you want to display a summary for a different invoice date, from the Invoice Date dropdown list, select the date.
Click Apply Selection. The Bill Summary page is refreshed to show the details you requested.
If you want to view charge details, click the appropriate links in the Subaccount Summary section.
