Viewing Bill Messages

The Bill Messages page displays messages included in the bill. They can contain regulatory information or information regarding changes to your service. It is recommended to read these messages every month.

Note: Viewing bill messages is available only to specific services. For example, it is not available to EMEA services and Mobile Svc service accounts.

To view bill messages:

  1. On the main menu bar, from the View Bill menu, select Bill Summary. The Bill Summary page is displayed.

  1. Select an account.

  1. If you want to display bill messages for a different invoice date, from the Invoice Date dropdown list, select the date.

Note: If no data exists for the month you select, the values you entered in the previous steps are set back to None.

  1. Click Apply Selection. The Bill Summary page is refreshed to show the details you requested.

Notes:

    1. If you selected more than one account, the Invoice List page will be displayed. Display the Invoice Summary page by clicking the appropriate link in the Invoice Amount column.

    2. Customer care contact phone numbers, where available, are displayed in the Invoice Information section.

  1. In the Invoice Details section, click the View Bill Messages link. The Bill Messages page is displayed.

  1. To print the bill messages, click Print.
