Viewing Payment Activities

Authorized users can view payment activities for all or selected accounts. You can filter the list by various parameters to narrow the scope of the information displayed.

Note: This option is not available for Mobile Svc service accounts.

To view payment activity for all or selected accounts:

  1. On the main menu bar, from the Pay Bill menu, select View Payment Activity. The View Payment Activity page is displayed.

  1. Select the account (s).

Note: If you selected Selected Accounts but did not previously select at least one account, group, or subaccount on the Account Selection page, the Payment Activity Selection filter page is displayed on top of the View Payment Activity page. If the Payment Activity Selection filter page is displayed, skip step 2 and follow the instructions in the subsequent steps.

  1. If you want to filter the list by tracking number, in the Tracking Number field, type the tracking number.

  2. If you want to filter the list by status, from the Status dropdown list, select the status. Status choices are:

  3. Submitted - Transactions successfully submitted for processing.

  4. Unauthorized - Transactions that failed validation and were not submitted for processing.

  5. Cancelled - Transactions that have been cancelled by a user.

  6. Rejected - Transactions that failed during processing.

  7. Cancel Submitted - Transactions that a user submitted and then cancelled (not in use).

  8. Cancel Failed - Transactions that a user tried to cancel but failed due to technical issues (not in use).

  1. If you want to filter the list by account number:

  1. Click the Account Number link. The Account Selection filter selection page is displayed.

  2. On the list, mark the account(s) to view.

Notes:

      • Find account(s) quickly by typing the first few digits into the Find field and clicking Find.

      • Select all accounts by clicking Select All.

      • Clear all checkboxes by clicking Clear All.

  1. Click Submit. The View Payment Activity page is redisplayed.

  1. If you want to filter the list by start date, click the From Date calendar button and select the start date in the calendar.

  2. If you want to filter the list by end date, click the To Date calendar button and select the end date in the calendar.

  3. Click Apply Selection. The View Payment Activity page is redisplayed showing the details you requested.

  1. If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.
