Payment History

You can view payment history (for all methods of payment) for your account. Filter the data by various parameters to narrow the scope of the information displayed.

To view payment history for all or selected company accounts:

1.      On the main menu bar, from the Pay Bill menu, select View Payment History. The View Payment History page is displayed.

Note: You can also access the View Payment History page from the Bill Summary page links.

2.      To filter the list by the Account Number, click the Account Number link.

3.      If you want to filter the list by status, from the Status dropdown list, select the status to display. Status choices are:

·       Pending - Payments that have been successfully applied/processed in the AT&T billing system, but do not yet appear on a bill.

·       Processed - Payments that have been successfully applied/processed in the AT&T billing system, and do appear on a bill.

4.      If you want to filter the list by start date, click the From Date calendar button and select the start date.

5.      If you want to filter the list by end date, click the To Date calendar button and select the end date.

6.      Click Apply Selection. The View Payment History page is displayed.

7.      If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.
