Electronic Billing Solutions Overview

In addition to the online options for viewing and downloading billing data and information, AT&T eBill users with appropriate privileges can also order, view, update and cancel Electronic Billing Solutions products.

Users can order the following Electronic Billing Solutions products :

§ BDF (Delimited Billing Data File): Tab-delimited data file of billing data

§ Bill Image: An image of the account invoice in PDF format

§ CSR Image: An image of the CSR report for an account in TXT format

· CSR images can only be ordered for legacy SBC (AT&T/SBC) and legacy BellSouth (AT&T/BLS) local services

§ DFAS 145 (Defense Finance and Accounting Service): 145-character electronic invoice file for federal government agencies that utilize the DFAS vendor

§ EDI811: Electronic Data Interchange format primarily for telecommunication services

§ eFile: Data file for IBS custom services

§ Midwest Call Detail: Local usage details, only for SBC Midwest legacy accounts

§ OneNet Call Detail: All call details, only for OneNet accounts

§ Southeast Call Detail: Local usage details, only for BellSouth legacy accounts

§ VoIP Exchange Call Detail: Daily unrated call details, only for eligible Wholesale accounts

§ VTNS Call Detail: All call details, only for VTNS accounts

§ West Call Detail: Local usage details, only for SBC West legacy accounts.

Notes:

§ A BusinessDirect eBill User Admin level of access is required to use the Electronic Billing Solutions functionality.

§ Not all of the above products are available for all services. Mobile Svc service accounts cannot order electronic billing solutions.

§ Not all users can request all products.

Monthly Subscriptions versus One-Time Orders

All Electronic Billing Solutions products can be ordered on a regular monthly basis. Bill Image and CSR Image are the only Electronic Billing Solutions products that can also be ordered on a one-time basis

For one-time subscription orders, the following rules apply:

§ You cannot include multiple account numbers in a one-time subscription order. One-time subscription orders are limited to one account number.

§ You cannot order a one-time subscription for an Electronic Billing Solutions product if the account is already subscribed to a monthly subscription with the same Electronic Billing Solutions product.

§ Each one-time subscription must be entered as a separate order. A Bill Image or CSR Image for the next bill period will be created and sent. Once created and sent, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

§ There is a limit of four one-time subscription orders per year for any one account.
