Charges & Credits Detail

The Charges & Credits Detail report displays charge and credit details of an account by service description, unit price, proration factor, pre-discount charges, post discount charges, taxes, and total charges in a single report.

To view Charges and Credit Detail:

1.      On the main menu bar, click Reports. The Reports Home page displays.

2.      Under Bill Detail, select Charges & Credit Detail. A page displays the report's default options.

3.      If you want to change report default values, use the Value Selections, Sorting, Summarization, Columns, Output Format, Filters, and Highlighting tab headers.

4.      If you want to restore report default values, click the Restore Defaults link. The report value selections page is redisplayed with the original default values.

5.      Click View Report. The report is displayed.

6.      If you want to sort the list according to data in a specific column, click the column name. The data in the list is sorted accordingly, and an arrow next to the column name displays the sort order (ascending or descending). If you want to reverse the sort order, click the column name again.

7.      If you want to change the report values that you selected after the report is displayed:

a.    Click Modify Report. The report page is redisplayed with the values and data selections you entered.

b.    Repeat any of steps above as required.

c.     Click View Report. The report is redisplayed in accordance with your new selections.

8.      If you want to save the report to Saved Report Templates at any time, click Save Report.

9.      If you want to view previously downloaded reports, click Report History.
