You can define values to be displayed on a report using the tabs in the header. The Value Selections tab allows you to define the invoice month or date and parameters of charges to be displayed on the report.
To select report values:
1. If the value selection parameters section is not displayed, click the Value Selections tab header. The value selection parameters are displayed in the activity area on the page.
2. If you want to change the default invoice, define the invoice month or invoice date for the data to display.
3. If you want to change the parameters below the invoice month or date, click the links and select new values from the lists that appear.
Note:
· Select Include All to include all possible values in the list below in the report.
· Select No Subtotal to exclude the parameter from the report summarization levels.
· Select Selection to include selections from the list below. If no selections are made, all items in the list will be included. Select multiple values by pressing the Ctrl or Shift key while selecting the values.
4. If you want to include records with zero totals in the report (where this option is available), select the Show Zero Amounts check box.
5. If you want to include all available columns in the report in a download format, select the Download All Available Columns check box.
6. If you want to use the MM/DD/YY date format, mark the Date Format MM/DD/YY checkbox.
7. If you want to change other report defaults, click the Sorting, Summarization, Columns, Output Format, Filters, and Highlighting tab headers.
8. If you want to restore the report default values, click the Restore Defaults link. The report value selection page is redisplayed with the original default values.
