AT&T eBill enables corporate customers to manage bills for all of their accounts online. Customers can view and pay invoices, analyze bills, and submit disputes online, resulting in considerable savings in time and revenue.
Authorized users can:
View bills, bill summaries, and bill details at different levels, as well as download and print bills.
Pay bills, as well as view payment history and payment activity.
View dispute history and submit new disputes.
Create and customize numerous reports.
Users with administrative privileges can create and update user roles and profiles, and create custom labels for their accounts and subaccounts.
Customers associated with account types not currently available in eBill can also submit bill inquiries and disputes via eBill.
