AT&T eBill users with appropriate privileges can delete saved (unsubmitted) disputes that they created.
To delete a dispute:
On the main menu bar, from the Disputes & Inquiries menu, select Submit Saved Disputes. The Submit Saved Disputes page is displayed.
In the Delete Dispute column, click the appropriate Delete link. A confirmation message is displayed.
Click OK. The dispute is deleted from the list.
Note: You can also delete a saved (unsubmitted) dispute from the Update Dispute page.
