Submitting Disputes

AT&T eBill users with appropriate privileges can submit disputes that they created.

To submit a dispute:

  1. On the main menu bar, from the Disputes & Inquiries menu, select Submit Saved Disputes. The Submit Saved Disputes page is displayed.

Note: Mobile Svc service accounts will not be displayed on this page.

  1. In the Submit Dispute column, mark the checkbox(es) for the dispute(s) to submit.

Note: Clear checkboxes for any disputes you do not want to submit.

  1. Click Submit Disputes. A message is displayed.

  2. Click OK. The Dispute Confirmation page is displayed.

  3. Keep a record of the information on this page and click OK.
