Viewing Dispute and Inquiry Summary

The Dispute and Inquiry Summary page displays a list of all dispute statuses and the total number of disputes with that status.

Notes:

·         Users with access to all disputes will see all disputes for all users.

·         Users without access to all disputes will see disputes submitted by him/her.

 

To view the dispute and inquiry summary:

1.    On the main menu bar, from the Disputes & Inquiries menu, select View Dispute/Inquiry Summary. The Dispute and Inquiry Summary page is displayed.

Note: All statuses will be displayed, even if there are zero disputes currently with that status.

2.   Click the Total link to open the View Dispute History page, displaying dispute information for the selected status.

Note: Any filters set on the Dispute and Inquiry Summary page will carry over to the View Dispute History page.

3.    To extract the grid into a CSV file for viewing and saving locally, click the “A” folder icon in the upper-right corner of the grid. The CSV file is displayed.
