AT&T eBill users with appropriate privileges can modify disputes that they created and that have not been submitted.
To modify a dispute:
On the main menu bar, from the Disputes & Inquiries menu, select Submit Saved Disputes. The Submit Saved Disputes page is displayed.
If you want to change the contact information, in the Contact Information section, enter the appropriate information.
In the Dispute Amount column, click the appropriate link. The Update Dispute page is displayed.
If you want to modify the dispute amount, in the Dispute Amount field, type the new amount.
If you want to modify the dispute reason, from the Dispute Reason dropdown list, select the new reason.
If you want to modify the dispute description, in the Dispute Description field, type the new dispute description.
If you want to add an attachment to the dispute:

You can add up to 2 attachments per dispute. Each attachment can be a maximum of 2 MB.
Attachments to saved (unsubmitted) disputes are available for 2 weeks after the attachment is uploaded.
Click the available Browse button and then select the attachment file.
Note: If the file needs to be removed, click the Clear button. The file name will be cleared.
Click Attach Files.
Wait patiently while the file is uploaded and scanned for viruses. After the file is uploaded successfully, the file name appears as a link.
If you want to view an attachment, click the attachmentâs file name link. After the attachment is no longer available, the file name appears without a link.
If you want to delete an attachment, click Delete File next to the attachment file name, then click Yes on the confirmation message.
Click Update. The Submit Saved Disputes page is redisplayed.
Notes:
You can delete the dispute on the Update Dispute page by clicking Delete.
You can also modify disputes from any page that includes a table where D appears next to charges.
