Downloading AT&T eBill Page Data

AT&T eBill enables you to download data from the following AT&T eBill pages:

• Automatic Payment - Auto Pay Request Confirmation page

• Automatic Payment - Review Details page

• Dispute Confirmation page

• Dispute History page

• Invoice List page

• Invoice Summary related information list pages

• Pay - Payment Confirmation page

• Pay - Review Payment page

• View Payment Activity page

• View Payment History page

• Unsubmitted Dispute List page

• Recreate Media Request page

• View Media History page

The page data is downloaded in CSV format.

To download the page data when any of the pages listed above are displayed:

1. On the relevant page list, click the Export to CSV icon. The File Download window is displayed.

2. If you want to open the file, click Open. The file opens in the appropriate application.

3. If you want to save the file directly to your hard drive, click Save and save the file to the appropriate location on your computer.

Note: If your file is very large (more than 65,000 call records), Microsoft® Excel displays the following message: File not loaded completely. It is recommended that you use another application, such as Microsoft® Access.
